Clearly B.V. ("Clearly", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on clearly.eu and our other country sites. This page explains what they are, which ones we use, what they do and how you decide. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies are local storage (data a script keeps in your browser) and pixels (small scripts that report a page view or a purchase to a service). On this page we call all of them "cookies".
Some cookies are ours (first party). Others are set by services we use, such as an analytics or advertising provider (third party). A third party may combine what it learns on our site with data from other sites. How each provider handles your data is described in its own privacy policy, linked below.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks what you allow. "Accept all" and "Reject all" are equal choices, and "Manage preferences" lets you decide per category. Until you choose, only necessary cookies are set. Your choice also applies in the checkout.
You can change your mind at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We remember your choice for one year. When we change this page in a way that affects your choice, we ask you again.
Rejecting cookies never limits what you can buy or do on our site.
Necessary cookies
These make the shop work: your cart, the checkout, the country and currency you shop in, protection against abuse, and remembering that you answered the cookie banner. They are set without consent, because the site does not work without them.

The checkout, which runs on a Shopify address such as checkout.clearly.eu, sets its own session cookies for the duration of your order.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, these tell us how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, what works and what does not. We use this to improve the shop. Without your consent nothing is measured and none of these services load, except that Shopify measures page speed without cookies.

Marketing cookies
With your consent, these let us measure whether our advertisements work and show you relevant ads on other platforms. The advertising platforms may combine this data with what they already know about you; their policies explain how. Without your consent none of these services load and none of their cookies are set.

When you withdraw your consent for marketing, we stop these services on the next page you open and remove what Triple Whale and Trackbee stored in your browser. Cookies that a third party set on its own domain can be removed in your browser settings.
Preference cookies
Preference cookies remember choices you make during your visit, such as settings, to personalise the shop. At the moment we set none beyond the necessary cookies listed above. If we add one, this page will list it and the banner will ask you first.
Data outside the European Union
Meta, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo and Triple Whale are based in or process data in the United States. They do so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. PostHog stores our data on servers in the European Union. Shopify processes data in the European Union and, where needed, in Canada and the United States under the same safeguards.
Cookies in your browser
You can also delete cookies or block them in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies means the cart and checkout will not work.
